A Bigger, Bolder Chef’s Knife

If a standard chef knife feels just a little too small, this is the knife you've been needing. This oversized 9" chef knife is built for those who want more—more length, more control, more cutting power. Forged from high-carbon German stainless steel and designed with a hybrid blade profile that blends the best of German heft and Japanese precision, this knife is all about confidence in the kitchen.

The longer blade makes quick work of slicing roasts, cutting down larger produce, or prepping family-sized meals with fewer strokes. Its heavy-duty construction offers added weight and momentum, giving you extra cutting power without extra effort. Customers often say they're surprised by the size—but once it’s in hand, the balance and control speak for themselves.

With a modern silhouette and a choice of four bold handle colors—black, red, white, or blue—this knife doesn't just perform like a pro tool, it looks like one too.

Nakiri

This is a good knife for what it is. If you know what it is, buy it. Handle heavy. Thick spine. That's the only minor thing. The blade is sharp and it's a good knife for home use. On style, I like how this brand copies the two pin style of other designer brands. Don't buy a Misen, Made In, or Milk Street. Save your money and buy this knife. Its literally the same thing, knife wise, just no designer, millennial branded price. Made in China. It cuts vegetables. Minus one star because people won't recognize it as the 120$ they expect to see on my strip. It cuts veggies though.

Just as good as Wusthof! Fraction of the price.

Same weight, sharpness, and quality construction as my Wusthof Gourmet knives but a small fraction of the price. Exceeded my expectations. Better than any Wusthof Classic collection.

Good Value.

A decent quality German style blade? It's not gonna have the most amazing edge retention but neither is a $70 henckels. Maintain it and this thing will be with you a long time.
