Small Knife, Big Performance.

Cheap paring knives are a dime a dozen—but they don’t hold an edge, and they definitely don’t feel good to use.  We designed this one to feel more like a scaled-down chef knife, with a little extra weight, taller blade, and a lot more substance.  It’s the paring knife you’ll actually want to reach for.  Perfect for holiday gifts, wedding purchases, and more.

Most paring knives feel like an afterthought—too short, too light, and too easy to forget. This 4” Paring Knife flips that script with a slightly larger blade and a more comfortable grip that’s made for real, everyday use. Whether you're peeling apples, trimming meat, or deveining shrimp, that extra size gives you better reach, better control, and fewer hand cramps.

Crafted from premium German steel and forged with a full tang for lasting durability, this isn’t your dollar-store paring knife. It’s the one that feels like it belongs in your hand—and stays there throughout the whole prep session. Clean cuts, comfortable grip, premium feel. All in one perfectly sized package.

High Quality and holds an edge

Knife size is very practical for cutting/prepping veggies. Quality design and comfortable to work with. Holds an edge well. Not too light, not too heavy.

Too large?

Love this knife When I first saw it I thought it was too large to be a paring knife But it has turned out to be perfect

Amazing sharpness

These amazing knives are precision sharp. The blade just easily glides through food items with virtually no effort at all. I originally ordered the longer version and it worked so well, I also bought this smaller paring knife. I hope the sharpness lasts for a long time and that the blades can be sharpened, if necessary down the road. I'll keep you posted how long they last.

Feels and works great.

The knife is nicely made and came very sharp. The size and balance is great for everything an 8" chef's knife is too big for. I'd used it for probably 45 minutes (100's of cuts) before a steel would bite, so it's a hard alloy. Now a few strokes before use and it slices tomatoes easily without smashing them. I'm guessing it will still be a while before it will need honed. A great bargain.

Nic knife, but not for paring. Big, nice blade, can be sharpened

The 4" paring knife is way too big and clunky for paring. It's pictured next to ATK's recommended Victorinox paring knife. One star deducted for the description of this product as a paring knife. We've had it for about 10 days, and it really is a very good petit knife, and the heel part of the bolster doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the blade, so it can be maintained sharp and still cut all the way though meat and veggies. It stays razor sharp very easily.
