Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Gifts purchased from www.skwarebrands.com will be refunded in the form of a gift card, for the purchased amount. Please note that returned items must be in new unused condition in the original manufacturers packaging to qualify for a refund.

All returns require a return authorization, please contact us should you have any questions or follow our convenient online return process from your My Account/ Order History page.

We are not responsible for returns sent independently without a Return Authorization. Return shipping cost are non-refundable.  Please be sure to follow our new return instructions, as we will not be responsible for returns that are mailed without prior authorization.  Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our warehouse in good condition. If your order has been received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please save all packaging and materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

If your purchase was made at a retail location, please do not mail the item back to SKWARE as we will not have visibility into the payment transaction and will not be able to refund you.  Please contact the store of purchase for further assistance. If the store is unable to assist you, please contact our team directly for assistance.  

 WARRANTY POLICY

SKWARE warrants to the initial purchaser that it's products will be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for as long as said purchaser owns the product. SKWARE products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers that are required to follow SKWARE's policies, procedures, and quality control standards. SKWARE reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or abuse, alteration to the product, negligence, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.

If your SKWARE product is damaged and qualifies for this limited warranty, SKWARE will provide a replacement of the same item whenever possible. In cases where the item is no longer available or out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with a comparable item of equivalent quality and value. Please note that SKWARE reserves the right to decline replacements for items that are determined to be undamaged due to normal wear and tear.
